Building a house is a major life project. STB Roque assists private clients in La Croix-Valmer with the construction of single-family homes, backed by the rigor of 28 years of experience in the masonry trade.
We build distinctive detached home whether contemporary, traditional, or Provençal designed to last and bearing the hallmark of a mason’s exacting standards.
Our approach
We handle the entire construction process from structural work to finishing touches without outsourcing key tasks. As masons and builders, we manage every structural stage: preliminary site analysis, earthworks, foundations, wall erection, slab pouring, framing, and roofing. Each phase is carried out using quality materials and overseen by a single point of contact, from the first dig to the handover of the keys.
This continuity makes all the difference. You always know the status of your project and who to contact, without ever feeling like you are being passed from one party to another. It also enables us to meet our deadlines: when a single company manages the structural work, coordination is smoother and unexpected issues are handled more effectively. In new construction, this organizational rigor is reflected in the quality of the finished building.
